This course will give you the skills to develop initiative and judgment in planning, organising, implementing, and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. It also develops communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements and strategies to plan, design, apply, and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems and to identify, analyse, and synthesis information from a variety of sources.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Successful completion of BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (or related discipline) OR successful completion of Australian Year 10 or equivalent OR relevant vocational experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age at course commencement
- International learners must demonstrate they hold an IELTS 5.5 with no skills band less than 5 or equivalent
